The idea for Mingles began back in 2011 after a trip to America where they saw an array of concepts serving delicious soft serve in different ways. They learnt that they could combine all the best bits to create the first Mingles Ice Cream in The Square Shopping Centre.
At Mingles they believe in quality and have travelled the globe to source the best ingredients for their ice cream and toppings. They have worked tirelessly to achieve what they truly believe is the ‘best ice cream ever’. Their soft serve recipe is a safely guarded secret and one, which is produced specifically for them. They know you will not find another soft serve that is as creamy and rich. The taste achieved is like the soft serve of old; real dairy ice cream with a smooth buttery taste.

If you don’t fancy a Mingle why not try their delicious cones or if you’re feeling adventurous have them dipped in one of their hot dipping sauces to create a hard coating to your cone. They also serve sundaes, classic 99 cones, milkshakes and slushies along with smaller sized cups and cones for the little ones.
