Once a Ticket order has been placed on the online Ticketmaster Ticketing System, it CANNOT be CANCELLED or CHANGED in anyway.

If there is availability, tickets can be booked by credit card on the day of visit.

Parents go FREE with each booking! Max of two FREE parents with each booking, each parent thereafter must have a ticket to visit Santa.

We just need your NAME, DATE and TIME as we will have details about your package if it has been booked. Come up to the ‘Magic Desk’ when you arrive for your Grotto Visit. Tickets can be displayed on a mobile device at Grotto check in.

If you have booked your tickets on the online ticket booking system, you will receive an email confirmation with all your ticket Details. If you have given the wrong email address when booking, the online ticket booking system has no way of finding or confirming your booking.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your confirmed booking, as per your Ticket. If you arrive early, enjoy the time to shop in Jervis Shopping Centre.

Unfortunately latecomers cannot be accommodated, but if you are late, please present to the Grotto Magic Desk.

Your Santa pictures will be ready to collect after your Santa visit and there is no wait time to receive your picture. Extra photos are available to purchase during the booking process for €8.
