Q. Can I change my booking time after I have purchased my Grotto Tickets Online?
A. Once a Ticket order has been placed on the online Ticketing System, it CANNOT be CANCELLED or CHANGED in anyway.
Q. Can I walk into Jervis Shopping Centre and book a ticket to Visit Santa?
A. No, all bookings must be booked in advance and online through jervis.ie
Q. Can I book a ticket to visit Santa by phone?
A. No, all bookings must be completed online through jervis.ie
Q. Why must I pre-book my Santa visit when I haven’t had to previously?
A. For your Convenience Jervis Shopping Centre wishes to minimise potential queues and gatherings where possible, to do this there is an Online Ticket Booking System at jervis.ie
Q. Do I need to print out my Tickets before I arrive at the Grotto?
A. We just need your NAME, DATE and TIME as we will have details about your package if it has been booked. Come up to the ‘Magic Desk’ when you arrive for your Grotto Visit. Tickets can be displayed on a mobile device at Grotto check in.
Q. What if I do not receive my Tickets by email?
A. If you have booked your Tickets on the online ticket booking system, you will receive an email confirmation with all your Ticket Details. If you have given the wrong email address when booking, the online ticket booking system has no way or finding or confirming your booking.
Q. What if I arrive early to my Grotto booking?
A. Please arrive about 5 minutes before your confirmed booking, as per your Ticket. If you arrive early, enjoy the time to shop in Jervis Shopping Centre.
Q. What if I arrive late to my Grotto booking?
A. Unfortunately, latecomers cannot be accommodated, but if you are late, please present to the Grotto Magic Desk.
Q. When do I collect my Santa picture and how long do I have to wait for it?
A. Your Santa picture will be ready to collect after your Santa visit and there is no wait time to receive your picture.
