families of Jervis Shopping Centre, their agents, stores, staff or anyone professionally
connected with this promotion. Winners may be required to present valid ID (Driving
Licence, Passport, Garda ID) prior to prize redemption. - Only original entry forms will be accepted. Illegible, incomplete, or defaced entries will be
declared null and void. - The names of the winners may be used in publicity materials. Winners may be required to
participate in publicity photography. - Jervis Shopping Centre reserves the right to terminate or modify these terms and
conditions at its absolute discretion at any time for to circumstances beyond its control. - Closing date 16/04/23
