1. Introduction:

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Jervis Shopping Centre Casting Call and the usage rights of the photographs of the selected winner by Jervis Shopping Centre.

1.2 By participating in the Casting Call, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Casting Call is open to individuals who meet the specified criteria outlined in the casting call announcement. Participants must be 18 years or older.

2.2 Individuals who register for the casting call must be available for the photoshoot on Tuesday 17th September 2024.

2.2 Employees of Jervis Shopping Centre, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation in the Casting Call
3.1 To enter the Casting Call, participants must pre-register for the casting call here: https://mailchi.mp/jervis/casting-call by 12noon on Friday 6th September 2024. 

3.2 Participants can register on the morning of the casting call
event from 10am – 10.30am.

4. Selection of the Winners
4.1 The winners will be selected by Jervis Shopping Centre. The decision is final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

4.2 The winners will be contacted directly by the team at Jervis Shopping Centre.

4.3 The winners will be a part of the Autumn Winter photo shoot on Tuesday 17th September 2024, be a face of the campaign and will also win a €300 Jervis Shopping Centre gift card.

5. Usage Rights for Photographs
5.1 By participating in the Casting Call, participants grant the Jervis Shopping Centre the right to take photographs and/or video recordings during the Casting Call and any related events.

5.2 The Winners agree to grant Jervis Shopping Centre and its affiliates, partners, and licensees a perpetual, royalty-free, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from the photographs and/or video recordings taken during the Casting Call and the Autumn Winter photoshoot

5.3 Jervis Shopping Centre may use the Winner’s photographs and/or video recordings for marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to media, digital channels, social media, print materials, and other marketing activities.

5.4 The Winners waive any right to inspect or approve the final product(s) or any materials in which their image appears, and they acknowledge that they will not receive any further compensation for the use of their image.

6. Confidentiality.

6.1 Jervis Shopping centre reserves the right to announce the Winners publicly and to use the Winner’s name and information in connection with the marketing and promotion of the Casting Call and Autumn Winter photoshoot for Jervis Shopping Centre products and services.

7. Release and Indemnification
7.1 Participants release Jervis Shopping Centre and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Casting Call or the use of their photographs and/or video recordings.

8. Personal Data
8.1 Participants agree that their personal data will be collected, processed, and used in accordance with Jervis Shopping Centre’s privacy policy for the purposes of administering the Casting Call and Autumn Winter photoshoot and for marketing purposes as outlined in these T&Cs.

8.2 Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting Jervis Shopping Centre.

9. Amendments and Termination
10.1 Jervis Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

10.2 Jervis Shopping Centre reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Casting Call or photoshoot at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

11. Acceptance of Terms
11.1 By participating in the Casting Call and Autumn Winter photoshoot, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
